When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email (if given), the perfume you ask about and your message. We also keep basic technical data, such as browser type, to stop spam.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and help with your order. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your consent
We only store your enquiry after you tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to our contact page and we'll respond within 30 days.
